bio: he was created in a laboratory n a failed experiment but he scaped from the laboratory only for killing people is a bad hybrid

The lab alarms blared on as guards with guns came from a room aiming their guns into the misty smoke. Many of the guards fall from the scorching jeys of flames penetrating their bodies. Soon a boy with a dragon tail and wings emerges from the smoke, hatred in his eyes. He puts his foot on an injured soldier.
"Who are you?!" The soldier demanded.
"M name is Oxiarm." The boy says.
And with that Oxiarm walked out of the lab and used his wings to soar into the night sky.

The girl watched all of this happen. She to has dragon wings and a tail. She looks up to see Oxiarm saoaring past her.
"So my bro attacked another lab. What is he up to?" The girl asks herself.

but they dont know the really story of the massacre gasxinsaurus was attakcing the guards he was killing the persons of the laboratory

Oxiarm then lands on a cliff and sits down.
